Tuesday (Writing-Brainstorming and Flee Map)
Today students viewed examples of FLEE Map to plan their writing. We created the brainstorming handout and created a hook and thesis statement.

Wednesday (Get Hooked)
Today we looked at students samples of writing hooks and used the "Get Hooked," handout to create our own hooks.
Thursday (FCAT Writing Scoring Rubic)
Today we went over the Writing Rubric and highlighted relevant details. We also began scoring anchor papers based on the writing rubric.
Friday (Police Dog Trainer Presentation)
Today we had a special treat by having two officers of the law! One was canine :)
